New command body set to overhaul and modernize Poland’s armed forces

Poland’s Minister of National Defense, Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, has announced government plans to form a new command body that will oversee the transformation of the nation’s armed forces. In effect, the new unit would focus not just on procuring the latest weaponry but also on the comprehensive modernization of the armed forces.
