Denmark’s Jonas Vingegaard won the 81st Tour de Pologne, maintaining his overall lead from the second stage to win the Poland’s oldest cycling race.

Belgian cyclist Thibau Nys of the Lidl–Trek team won the first stage of the Tour de Pologne race in southeast Poland on Monday, donning the leader’s yellow jersey.

The route of Poland’s oldest and most prestigious cycling race, the 81st Tour de Pologne, will start on August 12 in Wrocław, western Poland, and will end a week later, as tradition dictates, in Krakow’s famous park Błonia.
