Azerbaijan demolishes building in Karabakh that once housed the breakaway region’s parliament

Azerbaijani state television broadcast footage on Tuesday showing mechanical diggers destroying the building that once housed the parliament of the Armenian-majority breakaway Nagorno-Karabakh.
