Polish prosecutors have issued arrest warrants for three Belarusians over a Ryanair “hijacking” and plan to file a court motion to issue European Arrest Warrants and request Interpol to initiate a search with a red notice.

Baltic government ministers have said that the suspected Russian jamming of GPS flight systems has become “too dangerous to ignore” after two Finnish planes had to make a U-turn in the last few days. Russia has been implicated in the jamming of signals for several years, but incidents have spiked dramatically over the last few months.

A flight had to return to its departure airport after a horse became loose in the cargo hold.
