National Park authorities in Slovakia have warned of “irresponsible tourism” after a cow was put down after being lured into a treacherous gorge and getting trapped under a waterfall.

A farmer who lost his cherished Rolex watch after it was eaten by a hungry cow has been reunited with the timepiece over half a century later.
