Warnings for nearly the entire country, including the highest, third-degree warning, have been issued on Sunday.

Second-degree warnings are in effect from northeast to southwest parts of the country.

The Institute of Meteorology and Water Management (IMGW) has issued first, second, and third-degree storm warnings for almost the entire country, excluding the northwestern and southeastern regions.

Third-degree warnings are in effect until midnight in three counties in the Wielkopolskie Province in th west: Oborniki, Poznań County, and the city of Poznań.

A third-degree warning indicates the possibility of dangerous meteorological phenomena causing significant or disaster-scale damage and posing a threat to life. Such meteorological events or their consequences will prevent the conduct of normal activities. In areas under the second-degree warning, storms are forecasted, which will be accompanied by heavy rain, ranging from 35 mm to 55 mm per square meter, and wind gusts up to 75 km/h. Hail is possible in some locations.

In the rest of the country, first-degree warnings are in effect except for most of the Pomeranian and West Pomeranian, parts of the Wielkopolskie, most of the Małopolskie Province, the entire Podkoarpackie, and parts of the Lubelskie Provinces. Depending on the county, these warnings will be valid until 11 PM or midnight.
