Poland’s Żabka Group has secured a second-placed position in the Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces® 2024 ranking.

The list, published by the American weekly Newsweek and prepared in collaboration with the Best Practice Institute (BPI), features the 100 most beloved workplaces worldwide.

“I am proud that Żabka Group has reached the podium,” said Tomasz Suchański, CEO of Żabka Group. “Our organization is made up of people who strive to change the world around them, and their commitment is now reflected in Żabka Group’s high market position.”

Continuing, he added: “This recognition is the culmination of our six-year collaboration with the Gallup Institute, through which our organization has become one of the best workplaces in the world.”

The ranking was derived from satisfaction surveys completed by more than 2 million individuals from companies with staff sizes ranging from 30 to over 10,000 employees. The list showcases companies that prioritize respect, care, and appreciation for their employees within their business models, thereby securing the loyalty and respect of their workforce.

“As workplaces continue to evolve, it is becoming more evident than ever that supporting collaboration, positive attitudes, and aligning values are of crucial importance,” said Nancy Cooper, Editor-in-Chief of Newsweek.

“I founded Most Loved Workplaces inspired by my community of people who consciously place love for their employees at the center of their business model,” said Louis Carter, founder and CEO of BPI, as well as a social and organizational psychologist, entrepreneur, and author.
