Moscow introduces electronic military summonses for conscripts: Russian media
The Russian government has published a decree that introduces electronic summonses to the military and related restrictions on leaving the country and some other civil rights, the independent Meduza portal reported. The new rules will take effect in November. The regulation, published Saturday, concerns the rules for the operation of two electronic databases, the military records registry and the related summons registry.
