“A betrayal of the Republic of Poland,” Polish judge slammed after seeking asylum in Belarus
A Polish judge once embroiled in the so-called “hater scandal” has fled to Belarus and requested political asylum. Tomasz Szmydt, formerly of the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw, told a press conference in Minsk on Monday that he had left Poland on account of the authorities.
