Estonia foils Kremlin’s ‘hybrid operation’, Tallinn says

Estonia’s Prime Minister, Kaja Kallas, announced on Tuesday that her country had effectively thwarted a hybrid operation conducted by Russia’s security services within Estonian territory. Margus Tsahkna, the Estonian Minister of Foreign Affairs, said that the Kremlin aims to “systematically” undermine Estonian society.
