Hungarian Prime Minister Péter Magyar is hosting Poland’s Donald Tusk, Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš and Slovakia’s Robert Fico, seeking to revive a regional format fractured by divisions over Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. The V4, founded in 1991 by Poland, Hungary and Czechoslovakia, has been a forum for Central European coordination in the European Union and NATO.
