The investment will be made through Vinci, a fund within the Polish Development Bank Group, and will make it a shareholder in the company. ElevenLabs, co-founded by Mati Staniszewski and Piotr Dąbkowski, develops AI dubbing, voice generation and conversational audio tools. The company plans to use the funding to expand its Warsaw operations and build what it describes as a world-class AI development center in Poland. The move follows earlier Polish efforts to increase AI capacity, including the Gaia AI Factory in Krakow, a supercomputer project designed for training and testing AI models.
