Local Telegram channels reported a fire at the Azot chemical plant in Novomoskovsk, about 395 kilometers from Ukraine. The facility is one of Russia’s largest producers of ammonia and nitrogen fertilizers, materials with both civilian and potential military-industrial uses. In Rybinsk, Yaroslavl region, the Exilenova Plus Telegram channel reported that a drone struck an oil depot and triggered a fire. The same storage facility was previously hit in December 2025. The reported attacks fit Ukraine’s expanding campaign against Russian energy and industrial infrastructure, aimed at disrupting logistics, fuel supplies and war production far from the front line.
