The Central Bureau for Combating Cybercrime said the suspects sold illegal substances nationwide using the darknet, online advertising platforms and encrypted messaging services. During the operation, police seized more than 150,000 tablets and ampoules, including fentanyl, morphine and mephedrone. Among those arrested is a doctor suspected of issuing more than 1,500 fraudulent prescriptions and falsifying medical records to facilitate the illegal distribution of the drugs.
