The house now holds a world record after Germany’s Record Institute confirmed 621 decorated Christmas trees — the most ever displayed in one location. The family has steadily raised the bar, from just over 100 trees in 2016 to 605 last year. Homeowner Thomas Jeromin says the months of work are worth it if visitors leave smiling.
