The 2025 motorcycle season in Poland roared to life with vibrant parades across the country, marking a much-anticipated annual tradition for two-wheel enthusiasts.

In several Polish cities, thousands of motorcyclists took to the streets to celebrate the start of the touring season, drawing crowds of onlookers and showcasing their bikes.

Parades took place in Łódź, Gniezno, Gorzów Wielkopolski, Pińczów, Łuków and other locations.

Police in Gorzów Wielkopolski, a city in western Poland, urged motorcyclists to stay cautious as the 2025 season begins, emphasizing adherence to safety rules.

According to police statistics, in 2024 motorcyclists were involved in 2,447 road accidents across the country. These incidents led to the tragic loss of 216 riders and 13 passengers, while 2,109 riders and 191 passengers sustained injuries, highlighting the significant risks faced by motorcyclists on the roads.

Compared to the previous year, the number of accidents rose by 500, a 25.7% increase, with fatalities growing by 33, or 16.8%.

“Let’s ensure safety. When riding two-wheelers, let’s proceed with caution, adhering to the principle of restrained trust,” Police said in a statement.
