Elon Musk is said to be looking at buying a luxury apartment in the Polish capital’s prestigious Złota 44 skyscraper, the real estate agent involved in the sale has told TVP World.
The property, perched on the 52nd floor and valued at 25 million zlotys (€5.87 million), is believed to be the highest apartment in the European Union.
Spanning 200 square meters, the apartment designed by renowned architect Daniel Libeskind offers stunning views of Warsaw’s “Manhattan,” the Presidential Hotel, and even airplanes descending toward the city’s airport.
Michał Lech, the real estate agent managing the transaction, told TVP World on Monday: “I confirm, Elon has booked the highest apartment in the EU on the 52nd floor in Złota 44.
“The offer price of Elon’s apartment is 25 million zlotys (€5.87 million) Negotiations are ongoing. When he arrives in Poland, he will formalize the purchase, and it will be shrouded in mystery.”

He added: “I can't reveal too much and today I don't have the strength for telephone interviews because I will say too much and there will be a problem.”
Earlier, Lech wrote on Instagram: “What do you think about Elon Musk buying an apartment in Złota 44? See you soon, Elon. The 52nd-floor apartment is already reserved for you.”
Lech mentioned that a neighboring apartment on the 51st floor is still available for 20 million zlotys (€4.69 million), presenting a unique opportunity to live alongside the tech mogul.
This isn’t Musk’s first foray into Warsaw’s luxury property market.
The world’s richest man, who is expected to play a key role in Donald Trump’s incoming administration, had previously expressed interest in another apartment within Złota 44, owned by cryptocurrency speculator Rafał Zaorski.
However, Musk withdrew his interest, reportedly due to building regulations prohibiting “office activity” at the address.
The 192-meter-tall Złota 44 tower, regarded as Europe’s tallest residential building, boasts world-class amenities, including a 24-meter swimming pool, wine cellar, private cinema, spa, and observation deck.
Among its prominent residents is football superstar Robert Lewandowski.
