As a result of a collaborative effort between the Ukrainian Military Intelligence (HUR) Group “Gusy-9” and servicemembers of the 15th OBrAR “Black Forest,” a Russian radar system 48Ya6 K-1 was detected and successfully targeted, HUR reported in a telegram post on Saturday.

The strike effectively neutralized the antenna-feeder unit and the diesel power station that powered the system. The 48Ya6 K-1 radar station is a relatively new Russian development, introduced into the arsenal of the country’s army in 2015 for target detection and transmission coordination to Russian anti-aircraft missile complexes. The cost of such a radar system exceeds $5 million.
More successful missions

Moreover, a Reuters intelligence source reported that Ukraine also attacked the Ilsky and Slavyansk oil refineries in Russia’s Krasnodar region with drones early on Saturday.

The attack was conducted by the SBU security service, the source said. Ukrainian drones also targeted the Kushchevsk military airfield in the same region overnight, with several social media videos showing the damage.

“The SBU continues to target military and infrastructure facilities behind enemy lines effectively,” Reuters quoted the source as saying.
