Currently “the relationship between Ukrainian businesses and Polish businesses has improved”, Szymon Waszczyn Chairman of the Council of the International Association of Polish Entrepreneurs in Ukraine said, pointing to Poland’s efforts in helping Ukrainian refugees and the Ukrainian war effort. He added that about 3,600 Polish companies are currently operating in Ukraine.
Szymon Waszczyn, a graduate of Jagiellonian University, has worked in trade and marketing, notably with companies like Noma and Bolix SA, focusing on Eastern markets, particularly Ukraine. Since May 2023, he has been the President of the Board of the International Association of Polish Entrepreneurs in Ukraine.
