On Sunday, two weeks after the nationwide local elections, 748 run-off votes for the posts of mayors of cities, towns, and communes were conducted. Aleksander Miszalski, an MP from Civic Coalition, the largest party in Poland’s governing coalition became Kraków’s mayor by a narrow margin.
