Iga Świątek remains unbeaten in Stuttgart as the two-time defending champion defeated Britain's Emma Raducanu 7:6 (7-2), 6:3 in the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix 2024 quarter-final. She is two matches away from putting her hands on yet another posh car - a grand prize for the winner - but her rival in the semi-final is representing Kazakhstan Elena Rybakina, with whom the Pole has some scores to settle.
Her next opponent on Saturday will be Rybakina, fourth in the world ranking, who eliminated Italian Jasmine Paolini 6:3, 5:7, 6:3. The Pole has played against Kazakhstan five times so far. She won two matches, including the last one in the final of this year's WTA tournament in Dubai.
Moving to 10-0(!) in Stuttgart 🔥
