This edition of Eastern Express scrutinises the history of Russia’s money and assets in the West, long before the tyrant-ruled country launched its attack on Ukraine. After the war broke out, Russian oligarchs found themselves in the spotlight, with a campaign to freeze their assets launched across many countries.
