The spokesman of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Yurii Ihnat, says that the fact Russia has not used Iranian suicide drones to attack Ukraine for about two weeks sugests it ran out of them.

"We haven't seen these Iranian UAVs for about two weeks now, maybe more," said Ihnat "It's likely that the first batch that came to them has finally ended. Because, it was more than 400 UAVs deployed in Ukraine of this type, I mean Shahed-136. Of them, approximately 340 were eliminated by air defense of these UAVs. There was information that Russia ordered a total of 1,740 of them" Ihnat said on the air of the information telethon.

He assumed that the Russian Federation probably does not have the opportunity to receive Iranian drones in the future. "Possibly, political processes are underway, the situation in the Middle East is not simple either. Iran is in very serious and difficult circumstances, and other countries can influence it," Ihnat said.

Aside from how preposterous the claim is, it the irony of raising an alarm over purported Polish annexation plans as something bad while claiming to have annexed large part of Ukraine by holding illegal referendums has eluded Mr. Naryshkin.
