President Duda congratulates Biden on victory

On Saturday night, following media reports about Joe Biden’s victory in Pennsylvania which put him over the 270 electoral votes needed to win the US presidential election, Poland’s President Andrzej Duda congratulated him on his victory.

“Congratulation to Joe Biden for a successful presidential campaign,” President Duda wrote on Twitter.

“As we await the nomination by the Electoral College, Poland is determined to upkeep high-level and high-quality PL-US strategic partnership for an even stronger alliance,” he added.
